I’m a public speaker, leadership trainer, and strategist dedicated to helping colleges and universities prepare their people for a rapidly changing world.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of institutions—including Harvard, Stanford, and Yale—delivering high-impact keynotes and transformative trainings that have reached more than 100,000 students, faculty, and staff across 40+ states.

My work centers on helping institutions shift mindsets, strengthen leadership, and build future-ready campuses—especially as artificial intelligence continues to redefine what students need and what higher education must become.

With a Master’s degree from Harvard and deep involvement in tech and AI innovation, I bring both academic and industry perspective to every room I step into. My mission is simple: to unlock potential—and to help higher ed lead, not lag, in the age of disruption.
